We get an e-mail when VIP expires. Please e-mail us when VIP starts.
Review approval or problem report approval starts X-number of days VIP, but we are not notified when it starts so often the credit days expire without being used.
...is log into TER at least once a day, look to the right upper corner, see the box that says Welcome, followed by your TER handle. The gold(bright yellow?) banner will say VIP member when your VIP has started. Otherwise is says Basic member.
