Discussion board Gender color-code ? Non VIP Mail icon ?

On the Discussion boards it might be nice to clearly know if a poster is Male or Female?

Occasionally, there are handles that are ambiguous, and it makes a difference in how I react to their posts.  (remember spinner39®).

Perhaps the "Copywrite R" after a username could be color coded for gender.  Black for Male posters, pink for females, and lavenderpurple for the TS guys.

If the "R" would not show enough color, perhaps it could be reverse colored, with the background inside the "R" bubble showing the color.

Mail envelope and Not receiving PM's

I also agreed with a previous poster that perhaps a change could be made on the VIP Mail envelope, so that you would know that the user cannot access their mailbox.

I could still send them a message, but I would know that they do not have VIP status right now and will not respond to my question right away.

DO NOT remove the envelope/mail link, so we know that that is a registered username, and not an alias.

Maybe change the icon from a mailbox to mailbox  with a red X through i
