Did you try to copy & paste one of her websites from her profile into your review?

You don't have to have a 'personal website' but you do need to have a website either from an escort mall or web ad.  On her profile, she had two (2).

There is no need to put N/A or none in the additional website/web ad fields

I deleted the NA and it was accepted... I hope that solved the problem...
