How about adding a date filter (based on last modified date) to the search page?  With the site being around for a while now, there are many old reviews out there.  When sorting by rank these old reviews just clutter up the search results.

It seems to me there used to be a date filter in the early days, but there hasn't been for quite a while.

Reate Filter on searches

There will be a search by the last time the profile was modified to limit the searches to only the most recent activity.
