While on the subject, since TER *does* require a good website in order to have a review approved (not sure if I agree with the policy) and all craigslist ads expire after a couple weeks - should TER disallow craigslist urls as valid websites?

no, there are thousands of CL providers, both good and bad, that should be reviewed.  Cityvibe has been helping us out by build a free ad for the CL people we review so the TER profile stays good. That seems to be working for now.
