...In new TER, it looks like a devil because it has eyebrows and horns, but still has an angry expression.  I would think a horny person would not be angry, unless he's in the mood to "hate fuck."

The people who use the red smiley to mean horny are wrong but if they want to use it to convey "horny" that's their business.
