I can not easily search precisely on a field with multiple values of interest.  I'm a great fan of oral if various kinds.  I'd like to be able find a provider who either swallows or spits out.  As it stands now I have to perform two searches.  This doesn't make any sense.

I believe the option of, 'spits or swallows' was added a little while ago.  You may want to check that again.

And yes, I was happy to see that option added.

What you seem to be asking for is that TER change the way their search form is filled out.  In order to implement what you are asking for, and what a lot of other people want, TER would have to change the "Drop down" lists in many fields, to "Radio Button" type lists where multiple options could be chosen at once.

It is a good idea and I would like to see it implemented.  I'm just not sure how much work it would take on their end.
