Can you set it up so that when someone clicks on a name it will take them to the providers profile. That way if someone is interested in a provider he is chatting with he can just click on our name and it will open a new window to our profile.
Maybe we could even click on the hobbist and see his reviews.

Unfortunately, the chat software was purchased.  We have not control on features like that.  Really cool idea though!
