S&M isn't my cup of tea.

I just noticed that S&M is being added to all my first time (TOFTT) reviews, however when I look back at some of the older ones, this was not the case.

Checking the review form I now see that the default for S&M is "Yes".  I'll be more careful in the future to change this to "No", but perhaps it makes more sense to change the defaults for the 5 items in "services" provided and then add logic to require at least 1 of 3 (Escort, massage, S&M) to be changed to Yes, and at least incall or outcall to be changed.
