A recent thread on the GD board (since taken down) revealed that it is against the rules for a provider to post a photo of herself along with a post as that would be advertising.

As long as the text of the post is about something germain to the board, I see no reason why the boards can't be spruced up a bit by having photos.

I likes 'em.

I can think of a couple of ladies that include photos (or at least, did).  It's one of those where it can become too much of a good thing.  It seems that there are less moderators right now than before, so possibly it became unwieldy to decide which were pure advertising.
