I saw a client friend recently who is in his mid fifties.  We began discussing some things he is experiencing now that he is getting a little older.  I told him he should check out the 60 and over board here on TER since there is so much good information on it.  He had no idea the board even existed because it is at the bottom of the General Boards drop down menu and he cannot see it on his ipad.  I cannot see it on my laptop either.  The 60 and over board gets lost in the mix of things here.  It is a great board too.

So I was thinking... what if we put the General Boards in order by popularity?  Either that or add one more drop down menu so the boards like the 60 and over one don't get lost on the bottom.

It is even a problem on lap tops with small screens.

The Classic TER didn't use a drop down menu, except for local boards, anyways.

All the main boards are arrayed and easy to find.

Another case of progress not being progress.

I guess they could move the over60 board up higher on the drop down menu, and move down something like the "media" board. This topic has come up before on this suggestion board. It is hard to see the whole list on laptops and small screen monitors. However, is it really possible in 2012, that people don't know how, or are just too lazy to scroll down? This is hardly the only site on the internet, that makes you scroll.
