I'm not sure how you're matching up new reviews with providers who already have a profile right now. I know, I've caught a few mistakes and it seems it may be taking someone a good amount of time to do the match.
It might save time and trouble if, when a provider already has reviews I could click on an "Add Review" button on the providers profile page and just fill in the Details fields without having to fill in the other profile info. That way Staff wouldn't have to match the new review to the exsisting provider.
I like your suggestion. I would only add one more functionality to your proposed change. When a TER member is adding his review, changes can be made to the providers profile. There are some profiles of providers that are old, and need to be updated accordingly.
Sometimes with thousands of providers, it is hard to match, especially if they change their names and phone numbers. We really do rely a lot on the membership to report these problems. We don’t have a button to add reviews to a provider and fill out the fields because many times the way we find out what really happened is by the stuff each guy fills out in the review form. It is slow and cumbersome, but really makes it easier in the long run. Thanks for the suggestions.
