Replace "Chat with a provider"  with "Available Now" feature.

Many other sites are allowing ladies to update their daily status, so gentlemen will know they are available for booking.  
The current system will only tell me if a lady is online but nothing about her availability unless you private messages her and ask her.

This feature would cut down on back and forth private messaging and allow guys looking for same day booking to find ladies that could possibly accommodate them.  Ladies can also use this feature as well if they have cancellations and can now offer their time to someone else
