Does this board matter?

Could Admin or a mod list at least a few of the suggestions that have been adopted from this board recently?  

It would be nice to know if this board has an impact or is all wasted effort and just another place for people to argue.  

Some feedback from TER would be nice.

As I stated previously we have a new version of the site coming out soon....

I cannot discuss specifics but a lot of suggestions that have been discussed on this board are being brought into play.
