Why doesn't TER have an area addressing not only banned agencies but providers as well... Have a banned  folder and tell why they are banned.

TER should address the issue and let the members know about it, instead of letting us continually get ripped off and no way we can tell anybody? Come on TER, thought you had our back on this????

If a provider does not want her reviews listed on TER, she can request to be de-listed. If a provider is de-listed, her TER profile is removed from the database and her reviews can no longer be viewed on TER. Anyone who attempts to browse to the previous address of a de-listed provider's profile is shown "This provider's information is no longer available on TER."

If a provider has a no review policy in any form she is automatically de-listed.

IMPORTANT

When a provider is de-listed, her TER user account is BANNED from the site. If a de-listed provider attempts to create new usernames on TER, those accounts will also be banned. If you are de-listed from TER, you may not have a user account on TER.

De-listed providers are not allowed to post anywhere on TER. Discussions of de-listed providers are not allowed on TER discussion boards. New reviews of de-listed providers are not approved.

PROVIDER’S REQUEST

There are many reasons why some providers request to be de-listed. Some of those are: child custody battles, pending legal action, stalker avoidance, retirement, having been recently “outed”, going completely UTR, etc etc. To protect their privacy, the specific reason or reasons why a provider was de-listed are not disclosed to the general public or TER members.

MISCONDUCT

Another small percentage have been banned for improper behavior, flagrant posting violations on the discussion boards, and/or poor behavior in TER chat. However, most providers are banned for review or user account fraud (or both). A provider can and will be banned and delisted for fraud, posting self-reviews, or other rules violations.

CAN ALL PROVIDERS REQUEST TO BE DELISTED?

Rip-off, bait & switch or ROB providers are not de-listed.

WHAT ABOUT NO-SHOWS?

When a provider is accused of being a no show/no call she will not be de-listed. If deposits of money are taken or loans are given to the provider, that is a choice a hobbyist makes. She is not de-listed because of choice made by hobbyists. Since TER’s policy is that a session or meeting must take place in order to write a review these situations cannot be reported in reviews. However, if you were ripped-off in this fashion, you are encouraged to post the information on the appropriate regional discussion board. When making this type of post be prepared for responses from others that did not have the same experience as you had.

Wait, so if the provider requests to be de-listed, you ban them for life?  They can never come back and ask to be listed again?

I bet that's probably wrong, they probably can just email the powers that be and get themselves relisted, but I wanted clarification.
