TER,

1/  When submitting a review, the reviewer has to complete a rather cumbersome profile form.  Would it be possible that for an existing profile, the reviewer is provided with the existing information.  Upon review, if there are discrepancies, he makes the necessary changes and then goes to the details sections.

This would save alot of time, and effort on all our parts.  Also, the profile would be more accurately maintained.


2/  Would it be possible to provide an average performance rating based upon all the reviews?   I think from a reviewer's persceptive it would be most useful.


3/ To ensure better consistency among the overall performance rating, would it be possible for TER to incorporate some sort of validation check.  This validation would ensure that scores are in compliance with TER rating guidelines.
