an easier way for computer illiterate

people to get their TER logo on their site and working...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I put the  link on the site..and it didnt turn into the logo..they said no that doesnt work for us..

I copy and pasted the logo and it doesnt link ter..now they say..no that doesnt work for us...

make it easier pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
