Though I agree with you that Eurasians have very sexy attributes to them, creating there own citatory almost forces us to create other valid subcategories like mulatto, Pacific Islander, and many others.  

Unless under huge demand by the membership, IT would be very expensive labor wise to contact all 70,000 providers we track asking each one respond with there nationality.
