Can I also add having an active website or link to an active ad.

Or any providers without an active website or ad for six months are automatically dropped in favor of more active providers.

I know that there is a requirement of having at least 20 reviews to appear on the list.  This is great.

Sometimes, though, I research a lady on the list only to find out that her most current reviews are way back in 2009 (or something like that).  As a lady will only appear on the list due to her reviews in the first place, can there be some additional qualifier to at least of had a review posted sometime in the last 6-12 months to be considered for appearing the Top 10 or Top 100 list?
