The top 100s need a minimum number of reviews.  Maybe 10-15 for a local list and at least 25 for national list.

It would be nice to be able to filter the TER Top 100 to weed out all of the providers with less than at least 10 reviews, To me it speaks volumes when a provider has 30, 40, 50+ reviews and can still reside in the top 100, but 5 reviews?

The national Top 100 should have a minimum of 50 reviews.  Regional rankings should have a minimum of 25 reviews.

Still, guys should read the reviews and do the normal research.  Do not solely go by the rankings.  There are a ton of over inflated reviews out there, especially on appearance.

I think a little longevity and a higher minimum # of reviews will give a little more legitimacy to the top 100.
