It would be great to be able to post reviews of Agencies / Managers / Receptionist. I was a loyal customer to an Agency in Maryland then they started cancelling appointments at the last seconds, while sitting in front of the incall. I stopped using them for about 6 months. I decided to give them a second chance, well after one good experience, they started again.

Maybe if these Agencies start getting bad reviews they'll change or go out of business.
