I was wondering if that word could be added in? Lets face it, there are women in different shapes and sizes who are escorts. I am classified as a voluptuous (not small but not big). I am told often that everything is in the right places. To be labeled as fat/fatty makes me cringe (I mean, in this day and age, it's good to be called BBW even lol- to be politically correct). Anyways, just wanted your view on this.

Voluptuous is one of those words that could mean anything from curvy to HUGE.  I have seen it user on both kinds of providers.  I wish there was a way to be fair yet accurate. Just like the appearance scale, YMMV.

Any suggestions?

Just as ambiguous is the term "athletic".  Does that mean a bodybuilder or a skinny marathon runner?  I don't see an easy remedy as everyone will see body types differently--that's why the ad link is posted, so we can see a picture.
