I'll submit a problem report when I go through the reviews if I find a problem, but sometimes I realize that the problem really wasn't what I thought it was.

For example, I recently submitted a couple of reports because of bad websites, but found out that the host server was down instead.  Once I found out, I tried to delete the problem reports to save whoever reviews them time, but couldn't.  Sure enough, they came back unapproved.
