I'm afraid most of it would be rather uninformed bullshit about what various people believe would work for them. And their opinions would have as much value as the ones expressed on medical questions.

It is hard to be taken seriously with my past and how I used to abuse my body... But all is good now... went from Bluto to Diesel... LOL.
I think this has been suggested in the past and I would like to bring it up again. Recently, there was a thread where a gentlemen shared his experience with the book "Refuel" and I then bought the book. While I was already doing a lot of what was in the book, I did get a couple of very useful tips.
I think that a forum just to share these types of tips would be a good idea. Anything that will help us build more stamina and stay healthy will lead to more enjoyable encounters in my opinion.
