When you do a "Search Whitelist: on a particular handle, I think it would be really nice to see a date listed by the members' name that would indicate the month and year their handle was created.

for example:   JoeBlow     (member since July 2008)    

Would be helpful in the case of someone who has not done reviews.....and they say they've been a member of the site for two years.....well, there's no way to "know" that, is there....

why that feature is not available when a reviewer search is done.

An interim suggestion might be to do a discussion board search going back 2 - 3000 days for their handle. You will see if they have any posts on the board and those have a time stamp.

Right, I've done the search on the forums for any posts they have done.....   funny, never have gone back 3000 days.....   just like 365 or so.....  or maybe 600.      lol....

there are "some" people who say they never post on the boards but have had their account for 5 years, but do no reviews, etc....      If there was a "member since" date that SHOWED next to their handle under a search..... would add credibility to their claim.   I did write in to Support last summer suggesting it and they actually told me they were going to look in to doing that.  But never heard or saw anything about it again.

yahoo has a way to find out when their profile was created......     profiles.yahoo.com(and then put their screen name )    as do many other sites.

it would be helpful to see it here as well.

The idea of a member since date attached in the post section and in inbox mails to better identify
someone would do a world of good around here.Now one may not be a reviewer, however can put us in touch with who will vouch for him to say he is in good standing being an established known member who knows established known  providers review or not.I think it would help the community learn who are readers vs players. Ideas?  I can dig it . We think alike . ;)

I just came here to post the same suggestion, and was happy to see I wasn't the only one thinking it. The only place I can find where it shows how long someone's been a member is top lists. You should just be able to click on a member's name to see how long they've been a member, number of forum posts and a way to search for them, and number of reviews and a way to search for them (I know there's a link for the latter). I've been a member since 2004 but no one would know it from my account... I'd like some credit ;-)
