There are current regionals that are very slow, and unless there are a lot of providers and hobbyists in an area, that area is not going to get a regional board. If you're real lucky, you might get admin to give the state of Utah a board, but traffic in an area is a big factor on that.
I live in Utah, but we have no regional Board for either Salt Lake City or one for Utah. Since we can search for providers in Salt Lake, we should have either a board for the city or the state....
