And to my surprise I saw that their quarterback is a kid I coached during my 20 year youth sports coaching career.
I've seen other kids I have known go on to become professional athletes like Ramon Sessions who plays for the Lakers now..but this kid Everett Golson is one heck of an athlete, in more than one sport. I'm just glad he's only playing football for the might irish, I don't want him running the court on my Blue Devils.
To me there is nothing more satisfying then to see someone fulfill their dreams in a sport they love.
