Joe Johnson agreed to a max contract with the Hawks. This is a curious move for the Hawks, given that Johnson had a terible playoff series against the Magic and was very critical of the Atlanta fans. Add to that the fact that Johnson will be 34 when the contract is up and one has to wonder what the Hawks were thinking.

I don't follow the Hawks,Johnson played in Phoneix for a few years, then left for the Hawks, not sure the Suns missed him to much, especially after this year.
