In order for the Patriots to get to the super bowl in February, they have to beat the Jets and the Steelers.
These are two teams they have slaughtered in the last 60 days, by a total score of 84-29.
The Patriots in those two games scored SEVEN touchdowns the other two losers, (I mean" teams") scored THREE touchdowns. (The Jets score ZERO touchdowns, thats the dictionary definition of loser)
During those two games Brady threw for 675 yards and SEVEN touchdowns with ZERO interceptions. Sanchez and Rothlisburger threw for 560 yards (Rothlisburger 387, Sanchez 164) between the two of them, with THREE touchdowns (all Rothlisburger) and FOUR interceptions (Sanchez threw 3)
The Patriots would play both games in the friendly confines of Gillette Stadium in Foxboro MA before the home fans. (Not that it matters, the Pats spanked the Steelers in Pittsburg 39-26 on Nov 14 before a national audience)
I like the Pats tomorrow especially since the Jets have done nothing all week but give the Pats nothing but bulletin board material to piss them off royally.
I like the Pats next week since the Steelers played a very hard hitting and emotional game today and probably used everything in the tank to beat their main rival, the Ravens. I know that's conjecture but I'll take these odds any day of the week.
Its time for the Patriots to shine.
Rex Reid will have a lot of explaining to do to the NY fans and NY media why he ran his mouth off and let his player do the same all week giving the Pats all they need to destroy the helpless Jets.
