Yeah, yeah... I probably care about football more than I should. And yes, I know it's the 4th of July and barely no one cares about it (soccer) in the US, but I just can't stop thinking about it and I really don't want to see Brazil leaving the world cup right now... Come on, I took a break to come home and watch the cup among friends and family :(

So my bet is Brazil 3 x Colombia 2

Good Girl!  Gotta go with Raquel.  Only Brazil 2, Colombia 1 (cuz I'm always wrong, so hoping she'll still win)

Colombia is Good, but Brazil may be a little better when the chips are down.  Besides I picked Brazil as being in the Finals in the contest many long days ago.

France 2, Germany 2 (Germans winning the tie-breaker)

Outcome depends on which French Team shows up.  Edge to the Germans.

 
Oh yes,  Happy Fourth Everyone!  The Boston Concert & Fireworks last night (webcast) was spectacular (they advanced it by one day because of approaching Hurricane Arthur).

I am really looking forward to this match.

In the late game, I would love to see an upset, but Brazil will not be denied today, and prevails 3-1.

OMG!!!! So happy, just going to bed now after celebrating all night! Body all sore, voice is gone!!!

However, poor Neymar. We know he likes to dive and cry a little, but that was bad and he's out of the cup.

Thanks for the positivity, guys!!! If we play like we did yesterday, Germany is soon out too :)
