Hey there everyone!
I have a question I was hoping all of you could help me with? I have finals and presentations next week and I am going to need to do something fun afterwards. I have A's in my classes and have had to work my ass off so I want to have some fun.Anyone been downtown for the NFL draft? I watched my Titans get the 2nd pick and was happy. Who is your favorite team and did you get the pick you wanted? Looking forward to your comments! Love

Looks like you got the pick most in Philly wanted!!! Hard to believe if what Chip offered to be true the Titan's didn't do the deal. I'm glad they didn't!!
I was shocked too by what the Eagles offered the Titans but I am glad that we got our QB. We needed one since McNair! Hopefully he will turn out to be awesome!! Fingers crossed!!

I am a Likns fan and nothing worse than waiting 3 hours for them to take a guard! Boring! Lol!
That would suck! I am happy with my pick and waiting for tonight cause we get the first pick in the second round..... Super Bowl all the way!!! LOL ~~ Ok, maybe I am over stepping it a little bit!

they don't really need, Leonard Williams. They already have a first rate defensive line. Maybe use a 4-3 next year? Trade Wilkerson?
I agree with you on that. The Jets have a great defense already... but there are a few older players. Maybe they are just trying to coach the draftees to replace the veterans that might leave soon. I will say that Rex Ryan did an awesome job with that defense though!!!!

Nice second round pick. I guess they didn't learn anything with Kenny Britt?
Look Kenny Britt was good on the field for a while. We had no WR since Drew Bennett that were any good! Eddie George was a WONDERFUL RB for us and we have a lot of players that had potential but the problem is that if you are spoiled in College and do the things you are not supposed to do ... i.e. drugs (right before draft, or have bad off the field issues) then you are labeled. The only the the Titans have night now is to try! We obviously have not done anything lately. In fact we haven't even made the playoffs since 2008! I would ask YOU to try out for the Titans at this point as a fan! Not knowing your background, or anything! I am a TRUE, CRAZY NFL FAN!!!! I take this seriously! I will fly to Nashville and kick some serious ass, damn it... LOL

Wanted Gordon, RB WI. He was gone, ahead of our pic, #24.
Got a big OL, from FL. Pretty good choice. We need OL help.
I was up all night wondering why Pacquiao didn't throw more punches in the biggest fight of his career. How could he get the lucky punch if he isn't throwing enough?
You've studied so diligently for your finals you won't need any luck to ace.
My favorite team is Seattle, with the team they have, I didn't bother to check who's the lucky new guy on their block.
As far as the Titans, they'll need a lot of luck.

But Tony Romo is still a really good guy and he deserves to win a Super Bowl - thus, this will be the year of the Cowboy!
I liked that the Lions traded down in the 3rd Round, and I did the OG from Duke that they drafted, but IU would have preferred that they draft Brown (DT from Texas) that the Patriots picked with the last pick of the 1st Round.
Although the Nebraska RB they drafted in the 2nd has potential, the Indiana RB would have been a better fit, and he does not have a fumbling problem.
Nitpicking sure, but all and all, I liked their draft.
ar after year after year, the supposed NFL media pundits and experts hand out grades to draft classes based on...well nothing. NOBODY has even stepped on the field. These guys have ZERO perception on how players will ultimately do in the NFL. It takes several years to know anything. If all these supposed experts knew anything, then there would be no first round busts and no 4th round Hall of Famers.
While I can give you hundreds examples of such stupidity, I'll mention one. The 2012 Seattle Seahawks draft class (the one that included Bruce Irvin, Bobby Wagner, and Russell Wilson) was given a UNIVERSAL F by most. These alleged experts ripped Seattle for having no clue what they were doing. Well, Seattle only got a ferocious pass rusher, an all pro LB, and a QB who has led the team to two SB appearances (one win) in three NFL seasons. Drafting ONE of those guys would have been good. But all three??? I guess Seattle actually knew what they were doing.
Analysis of the NFL draft in the immediate aftermath is comical. It's a long term evaluation process.
Good analysis STS.
Good thing for football Brady didn't go into baseball.
Six quarterbacks drafted ahead of Brady.
How many guys can go to the Kentucky Derby, make it to Vegas before the Mayweather dance
and go home to his super model wife?
Even though the Patriots are my villain football team, I respect Brady as a great champion on and off the field.
