It was one of the worst humiliating defeats for a Williams to lose 6-0 in a Grand Slam Final.     The Spaniard Garbiñe Muguruza was super, had full control and deserved to win her second major.     Keep it up.

Sure, she ran out of gas in the second set. Had she won the first, the end result might have been different.

And, by the way, how is your tennis game these days? Won any majors recently, Mr. Heaven?

Considering Fed will be 36 in a couple of weeks. Oldest men's singles champion ever. I find it interesting with all the positives at Wimbledon, you choose to slam Venus.

But criticizing Venus for losing in the finals of a major at age 37 isn't one of them. Really? Yes, Muguruza was the far superior player, but so what. No one expected Venus to march into the finals.  It was a GREAT RUN.

Now I haven't been huge fans of the Williams sisters over the years.  They are very charming women when they win, but act like tempestuous brats (Serena is far worse than Venus) when they lose.  But you can't deny their greatness. Venus is a top tier hall of fame player and Serena is an all-time immortal.
