may be the strongest union in the world.  They would fight a salary cap with all their power and might.  Sadly, I don't think we will see one unless something really radical were to take place.

Hey Reagan, our O's are gonna be the surprise next season. We need a veteran starter and either a third or first baseman from free agency.  The O's have talent and Showalter brought it out of them. Losing culture doomed us in the first half. We are gonna be great again! (and yes, Angelos sucks!)
