I think as a coach its fine to motivate your players but you don't want that shit being heard on National TV. And you certainly don't want the other team hearing in a playoff series.

I really don't think they know what is going on TV and he was motivating his team. Phil is also the BEST COACH EVER! And there is a reason for that. Plus it it not like he is making it up. The stats prove that. So you can't be mad at him for stating a fact.
