he can turn his season around this year but he will never be an ace. He might be a solid 3rd starter that's all and  doesn't have stuff or makeup of Burnett. Also it's evidant he is not a leader and can't pitch under pressure. I feel our PEN is very solid and soriano acquisition was huge seeing feliciano is probably done.

If  i was yankees i would go after price quite hard especially since manny the fraud ramirez let down his team like usual, I feel 15  games is sufficient time to gage how jeter will play this year. Nova is going to be a good surprise for us seeing how hughes is choking.

The Yankees must have been reading your posts. They just announced that Hughes has been placed on the 15-day DL  with a "dead arm." Bartolo Colon has taken his place in the rotation. That should give the bullpen a rest!!
