Furyk 0.5 pts/3 matches, Phil, Bubba, Dustin 1.0 pt/4 matches- UGH! (At least Phil and Dustin won in singles)
Much maligned Tiger and Stricker at the top with 3pts/4 matches.
What about Zach Johnson- 2pts in 3 matches, always seems clutch in Ryder Cup, why not use him in 4?
Rickie was great today, but like poor Hunter, he too, only had 1pt/3 matches.

Europe just won the Ryder Cup. (That's Golf by the way)

Good to see a top player like Hunter Mahan can chip like me! Enjoy watching it with your morning coffee.

I'll leave you to your minority sports now.

Long Dong Silver-It's a pressure situation sure-and some people get it done-Hunter Mahan didn't-He hit the last few shots like he had a cantalope in his throat-Will pull for him to do better next time-and then Mr. Cink at the post match conference saying 'Wow, what a great match Hunter played!' I'm sure it made Hunter feel better but Stewart, go blow smoke up someone else's ass-Geez-Better luck in the next Ryder Cup, USA and I hope the people who pick our attire do a hell of a lot better-today was pretty nice, but the purple shit they wore in prior days was ghastly-1rob

I don't really agree Rob even though Hunter's chip shot on 17 looked like one of mine. He didn't play well today at all but hung in there as best he could. But, let's look back at the previous days and see who helped put us in such a bad position more than anyone and I think it was Phil. Until the first hole today, he hadn't made a freakin putt since Augusta back in April! Don't forget that Hunter was a stud when we beat them two years ago and like I said, he just had nothing in the tank today. Kucher stunk it up too, so there's plenty of blame to go around. Just my opinion. Later!

I base my prior comments on the body language of Hunter Mahan the last few holes I saw him play and the lack of follow through on his shots, which were tentative and short-and the chip on 17 summed it up for me-IMHO, he was a guy who didn't want to be there-Again, I congratulate him on prior results and will pull for him in the future-but today is one he'll want to forget-1rob....did the Wildcats reload this year?..grin....OUT      8-)

Yeah, we re-loaded again with a top 2 or 3 recruiting class but it may lack for a big man if they can't get Kanter cleared to play. The incoming freshman looked really good on their Canadian trip a few weeks ago but we'll see how they respond once things get serious. Brandon Knight has John Wall like talent...without the turnovers! LOL!

He played lights out, what was it 4 birdies in row, to halve the match.  Nice recovery from the gaff the other day of hitting the wrong ball.

deserved to be picked for the team-a real future star and was mega clutch at crunch time today to tie the match-the last putt was the only one I saw-but it was a doozy-Great job by the young man-1rob

Fowler was amazing down the stretch and you could tell he was gonna make that putt on 18 by the way he was "stalking" it. Now if we can just get him to get a haircut! LOL!!!

4 of the top 25-looks like your 'Cats will be back again this year- I note that Kanter has aspirations of being a pro wrestler and that the 'Undertaker' is his hero-too funny-Good luck this year-1rob

He seems like a really good kid but it looks like his eligibility is seriously in question. He's not even allowed to work out with the team as of a few days ago. They may start as many as 4 freshmen this year with Darius Miller being the only upper classman.

Unless you know something about his eligibility I don't.

Whoops! Oversight on my part. He was known as quite the head case when he first got to Lexington and now he's used as the example of what hard work and hustle can do for your college career. Still not sure if he'll start though.
