It was almost painful to watch. I'm a fan of college football, and not particularly a fan of either team, so I was just hoping for a good game to wrap up the season and thought it might be a classic match-up based on their last meeting. Obviously, that wasn't the case.
I don't think I've never seen a college team play better defense than Alabama did. Oh, and their cheerleaders aren't half bad either!

I think they discovered last night that the honey badger was not indiginous to New Orleans. I don't like that little turd, (he shoulda got tossed in the 1st game), but he's a tough little sumbitch! Never, ever stops fighting!
I was thinking the same thing Bronko. They took a team that was averaging 38 points a game, held them to 5 first downs, and allowed them to cross midfield ONCE! Amazing performance! Some critics called the game "boring" or a "dud," but it wasn't for the astute football fan.
but there is no subsitute for the in your face, punch you in the mouth defense played in the SEC.
LSU has/had a formidable offense, they just were no match for Bama's defense Monday night. That was as thorough an ass whipping as I can recall ever seeing between two powerhouses. Alambama deserves all the credit they receive.
