The Diamondbacks fired manager A.J. Hinch and GM Josh Byrnes Thursday. Kirk Gibson was hired as interim manager. Hinch had only been on the job since 7 May.

I would of thought Ken Mancha of the Brewers would of been fired long time ago. It's only a matter of time before Willie Randolph will be taking over and might even do a decent job without the pressures of coaching in NY.

I was surprised that AJ Hinch got fired, but since they had Kirk Gibson sitting in the dugout it was a no-brainer. if i'm not mistaken Gibson has turned down a few manager jobs in the past.
