Utah finally has a pro hockey NHL team and they are called "The Utah Hockey Club."  They are trying to name it.  Some of the choices have been:  
   
 Utah Yeti's (my favorite because the mascot could be an abominable snowman) but it got rejected by Trademark Commision  
 Utah Outlaws  
 Utah Green Jello's (really dumb)  
 Utah Blizzards  
 Utah Mammoths  
   
 Looks like Utah Outlaws may be chosen but that seems more fitting for Wyoming. lol   Nevertheless, hockey is one of my favorite sports to watch!  

My understanding is there was some contract language or an agreement or whatever that if the team moved then they had to change the name.  

Out of the list you posted, yetis is my favorite as well. I think the Blizzard (singular) would be my next choice.  

I would think Utah would pick something like the honeybees or the stingers or the swarm. (Although not musical or celestial, any of those would work with the zz format being championed by Imp! 👍)

The green jellos? Seriously? 😂  Worst. Name. Ever.
