it be called the I-95 series?

The Yankee bats are zeroed in leading to a 2009 = 27 result.  If Arod stay hot, it will be quite a battle between Howard and him.

Remember, the Yankees have seen Cliff Lee.  He will not have the same success against NYY as he is having against the NL.

point about Cliff Lee and the Yankees. He was    1-1 against them before the trade from Cleveland.

Each team still needs to win their LCS.
And as the old professor once said  "It is dangerous to make predictions especially about the future"

Thank You
2009 = 27

NJ Turnpike is I-95 in NJ. But, I like your suggestion of calling it the Turnpike Series. Whoa, EZ-Pass will make big bucks.

horrible game last night. That play that had two runners on third base should have been a double play, but only one was called out. Then Nick Swisher was called out leaving 3rd base too soon. How could the ump see both the catch and the tag-up? I see an expansion of instant reply.

The umpire union has in their contract that replays of close plays like those cannot be shown on the big screens in the stadium during the game.
Now some one needs to get a set of balls and get tough with the union and allow any and all plays be shown. Or shit can all the umps and get non union guys in ......hey it cannot get any worse.

Thank you

Also before the tag up play Swish was out, but called safe, on the pick off play at 2nd, another real bad call.

I thought they busted it several years ago when all umpires came under the MLB umbrella. Well, no matter, they could still go inside and look at the replay. Fortunately, none of those calls had any bearing on the outcome of the game, but they got lucky.
