The Phils, behind H2O (Halladay, Hamels, Oswalt), set a MLB record for fewest hits allowed, 11, in a postseason series.  A little payback too, for the sweep the Big Red Machine gave our 101-win club back in '76.

Have to hand it to the Phills, they did a hellva of a job. Good defence, timley hits and outstanding pitching.

Something like a combined ERA of 1.23 for the three starters or was that the whole staff? Really interested to see Halladay again.

That figure has to be for the starters, cause the whole staff only gave 3 earned runs for the entire series, an ERA of 1.00.
