True, no mention was made of graduating a school, but it's the school you graduated from that one is invariably tied to and associated with. While Kemp quarterbacked championship Bills teams, there was no Super Bowl when he did it, and it was in the AFL. If only attending a school matters, then Occidental would count for Obama and Kemp as a starting QB ONLY IF you consider the AFL as counting as an NFL team. On both counts, therefore, Occidental is somewhat tenuous.
