Aside from that we are a bunch of guys and are expected to lie now and then least we fall out of practice and don't have that valuable skill when needed. You know, like, "Sure I like those shoes."
Now they have to get a defensive coordinator to replace Phillips. However, they still have the same quarterback problems, something that's probably not going to change for the rest of the year.
I'm gonna put this in the context of this site. Say an investor is the owner of a brothel. He controls the checkbook, and has a say in the girls he brings in - the Madam also has a say in personnel, and runs the house. Now the brothel gets a rep for girls who are great looking, but fuck and suck poorly. Does the investor fire the Madam, or the girls who fuck and suck poorly?
Well, if the owner is Jerry Jones, he fires the Madam and keeps the same 1's and 2's. Then he hires the assistant Madam to take over as new Madam, and raises prices to pay for his new, expensively built whorehouse.
Jones is not worth a fuck, and wade sucks.
Thank you

responsible for making then a structured team!! Wade couldn't do that cause he was to busy trying to be the cool guy. He was way to relaxed and didn't ever dig in their ass. They need that to become a team instead of just a bunch of good players.
Dear Tasha:
If you where a General Manager, what type of coach would you have to coach the Cowboys at this point? Would he be a stronger coach say like Parcells or Cowher? Or would you continue to explore how functional Jason Garrett would be? Also how would you modify the offense considering John Kitna is the starting quarterback? Also would you be looking to upgrade that position as well since Tony Romo has only gotten you so far? What parts of the team would you like most and what would you be looking to upgrade?
I have never seen Garrett in a head coach position so can't say to much about him at this point however......
I think the Cowboys NEED someone to dig in their ass. Wade was entirely to relaxed and because of that the team had no structure. Go to practice, run the plays, and you're good. Lose a game and you have some monotone man explaining how they need to change this and that but there is no ramification. The team needs to be a team and they aren't because they don't have a strong coaching unit.
Kitna is a joke to me. I play Madden and when I saw him playing on there my heart skipped a couple beats because all I could think of was if Romo ever gets hurts we are screwed. I think he ran his course 10 yrs ago. He hasn't had to be in a starting position and doesn't have what it takes.
As for Romo, he should've been fired when he fumbled the hold for the field goal. He has reached his peek. He won't improve anymore and he can't do what the Cowboys need him too. I also think our offensive line needs a change. The quarter back has NO time to get the ball off because the offensive line can't hold the defense.
It's really sad because we have SO much talent yet can not figure out how to use it. That is the coaches fault. It's his job to get them to play like a team instead of individual players.

Don't expect too much of a turn around this year. Look for Cohwer or Gruden as soon as the season is over, and massive changes in player personnel next year. A lot of ego will get a wakeup call after the season. Tasha and Sara, can calm down and get ready for a new season.
It seems just a few short weeks ago Jerry boy said he would not make any changes mid-seasen, and Wade would be the coach for the entire season or words to that effect.
Thank you

He's been saying that all year, but after their no-show Sunday night against the Packers, he finally realized he didn't have a choice. Problem is, it's about 8 games too late.

as an intelligent fan lol, I'm not expecting some amazing unheard of quick change. But I am thrilled that Wade is FINALLY gone. JJ should've grew a pair of balls last season and let his ass go. ![]()
Tash - let me ask you - say you book a nice, long session for good $$$. Do you need someone to give you a motivational speech, or do you do it yourself? Do you need someone to remind you of the correct "coverage" when you see a certain play coming, or do you do it yourself? High school kids may need this kind of motivation, but a 25 year-old college "graduate" (hahaha) making seven figures should NOT have to have Daddy telling him what to do. The Cowboys are a team full of players who have NO ability to self-motivate (see: Roy Williams). And who has the final say on player acquisition? Jerry shoulda fired himself after he shitcanned the whole team.
go right ahead and be a smart ass all you want. I think is part of the constution you know, Life, liberty and the persute of happines to include being and/or acting as a smart ass.
Usually I'm accused of bieng a dumb ass and my I say I excell at it without any help from anyone. I don't know if JJ move was all that smart but it probably made a lot of Dallas fans happier.
It will be interisting to watch Dallas in the next eight games. Could anyone turn them around? I think it's like the Titantic.
But if your thrilled, it's worth it.
