Yup, I forgot to mention him!
in the NFL!
4 times. You want to talk about GREAT running backs? Jim Brown played 9 years and led the league in rushing 8 times! Gimme a fucking break. Like I said (twice already), Dickenson had a few good years, basically from 1983-89, and that was it! He played FOUR MORE YEARS after that and didn't do shit!

Any astro turf, another great. Player Curtis Martin 10 solid years, how come Jim brown only played 9 yrs
harder then and to some extent more balanced because the teams weren't as "watered down" as they are today. He played only 9 years because (1) he likely got bored, and (2) he started a movie career in Hollywood. Later he became VERY politically active, and he still is today.

wouldn't characterize him as "great." He simply is NOT in the same league as Brown, Sanders, Sayres, Smith, Dorsett or Payton.
How many rushing titles did Sanders have,
but I would hardly call him "Eric the great." He was extremely good for a few years, but he sucked during the last 4 years of his career, and should have quit while he was ahead. He had 7 good years and 4 shitty years. Those are FACTS!

There have been a lot of great running backs in the NFL but the best I ever saw was Gale Sayers.
Yup, I forgot to mention him!
