and Vegas seems to agree with you as well. Both the Ducks and the Tide are heavy favorites to win their respective games and meet each other in the Title Game. As much as I have loved watching the Ducks this year, and as good as the Pac 12 has looked this year, I just can't see them beating Bama for the title.
Kind of ironic that the top 3 finished in the reverse order of how they will do in pros. Cooper will clearly be the best pro....guy is a beast. Mariota will struggle mightily in pros. Lacks the arm strength to do well at that level
Obviously you are Duck fan. I like Mariota as a college player, but his arm strength just won't get it done at the next level. Look at how many Heisman winning QB's did not make it in pros....Martt Leinart, Gino Toretta, Troy Smith, Charlie Ward (the list goes on)....all lacked the arm strength to succeed in the NFL. Watch him throw a 5 yard out (actually has to throw the ball about 25 yards)...if that ball is not there on a rope the CB cuts it and runs it for 6 the other way. I hope I am wrong about Mariota because I think he is a great person, but just doesn't have what takes to be an NFL QB.
