For most improved I'm going with Baltimore in the AFC and Atlanta in the NFC. I think the Ravens will greatly benefit from a revamped offensive line and Joe Flacco will post big numbers operating Gary Kubiak's offense. They have an easier schedule and some talented rookies joining an already solid defense. Atlanta has Roddy White and Julio Jones healthy (the best WR combo in the league IMHO) and QB Matt Ryan will bounce back with a Pro-Bowl type season.
For the team that will regress the most I'm going with Kansas City in the AFC and Carolina in the NFC. KC has a brutal schedule--plus they have to contend not only with Denver but an improved San Diego team in their division. They won't sneak up on anyone this year and I think they'll be lucky to hit the ,500 mark. Carolina lost essentially all their WR's from last year and Cam Newton's having some injury problems. They also won't sneak up on anyone and they have an improved Atlanta and Tampa Bay teams to fight off in their division. Like KC they won't sneak up on anyone and they'll be lucky to hit .500 as well.
