Rule is pitcher must indicate to runner an hitter how he will throw first pitch then batter steps in. After that pitcher an batter may each switch once during the at bat

There are exceptions to every rule, some Gals do throw quite well with their dominant hand, and hit hard too. I was almost KO'd by a Gal one time. I deserved it though, she found out about her older sister and me.
Neither batter or pitcher may switch once the at bat has begun. I do believe the pitcher has to indicate to the ump and batter which way he will be pitching.
