There have to be better days ahead.

Yanks appear on a course to finish last.
Mets will get back to the play-offs.  But who cares, not my team.
Giants are at best 8-8 this year.
Jets could go 10-6, but not enough to overtake the Pats.
Basketball...could care less.
Rangers need to rebuild for next year, but probably still have enough left to make another run, assuming management doesn't make any more shortsighted deals.
Devils can only improve.
Islanders might advance to the conference finals, but will be cut to pieces by the Pittsburgh buzz saw.  If I were betting in Vegas, Pens would be my bet to win the Cup this year.  Seeing Crosby lifting the Cup might be a wet dream for Bettman, but would cause me to barf!  But at least I would win a few $
