Holm defeats Rousey. KO in second round. So much for that arm bar!

Holly can definitely kick some serious ass..

This was the first time that Rousey faced an experience striker and she got KOed. The real question is can she bounce back from this and win the rematch. If the UFC is smart Holm's next match will be the rematch against Rousey, as Holm's is not going to be able to carry the division like Rousey in rating and buy rates.

sure wish I would have placed a bet on the new champ...would have been a nice payoff.

Holm would have walked by her after putting on the belt and ignored her just like Rousey  USED to do when she WAS champion.

Holm showed the class that Rousey does NOT have and acknowledged her after the fight.

Rousey had nothing for her-Holm had vastly superior boxing skills and had great takedown defense so RR couldn't get her on the mat where there would be a Rousey advantage-Holm is long and I see nothing to indicate any thing would be different in a rematch-Holm's class and poise post fight were very impressive and showed a pleasant and even 'sweet' personality-That was a butt whoopin' Poor Ronda's nose and mouth looked like hamburger
