That swing of his is absolutely ugly and he even has taken lessons.  Please spare us the agony of watching that awful swing.

Have you been watching his golf show with Hank Haney of the Golf Channel? It's hysterical!!

I'd be inclined to say a lot of his bad swing is for show.  Anybody who is a top professional athlete possesses eye/hand coordination that is so far beyond the general population that it is mind-boggling.

Hell, I don't even know which end of the caddie to hold, and the last time I tried to play, I fell off the ball washer.

His weight's got nothing to do with it. He's got some sort of mental block that won't allow him to take the club back and bring it back down through the ball like he's supposed to. He used to shoot in the high 70's and constantly drove the ball 300+ yards.
I've enjoyed watching him on the Golf Channel. He's hilarious and can talk smack with the best of them!

And could do much better if he can get over his mental block.
I did see a couple episodes of the Haney project. He is a total riot.

I heard him tell a funny story on himself a couple of years ago. He came home one night after doing one of the TNT basketball shows or some other trip and one of his daughters said she noticed that he'd gained what she thought was a lot of weight and she noticed it while watching him on tv. He quickly explained that the tv cameras always "add" 10 pounds to your appearance to which she replied, "How many cameras were on you Daddy?" I fell out laughing!
